Dr. Bei Chen was the first Ph.D. student in Wgroup. She worked on the Hammett Linear Free Energy Correlation of the Rh(II)-mediated C-H bond insertion. After completion of her Ph.D. defense, she worked as a postdoctoral fellow in Professor D. F. Taber's group in University of Delaware.
