Research fields and interests
The Peng research group is interested in nanomaterials science and engineering towards the better performance of nanoelectronics, membrane devices, photodetectors, and batteries. Currently research interests are focused on the controlled growth, chemical modifications, heterostructures and functional devices of high-mobility 2D materials, such as graphene, topological insulator, and layered oxychalcogenides (Bi2O2X, X = S, Se, Te).
